Speaking of the High School for Public Service, please vote EVERYDAY for the visionary principal, Ben Shuldiner on the Brooklyn Community Foundation's website for Brooklyn Do-Gooder of the year. $5000 for means a lot for the school, including money for our farm programs. These 10th graders are smiling over their first cooking class with veggies from the farm. We have teamed up with Community Service and teacher extraordinaire Nirvani Bissessar to co-teach Go Green! a class on sustainable farming and its impact on the health of the planet and our bodies. Every 10th grader is taking the class this year.

Every Saturday: 12 - 3pm
Plenty of digging, planting, seeding, building, and painting to do! Stay for an hour or stay the whole day! What to bring: closed toe shoes, water, and lunch / snacks

Either come to our market stand or sign up for our Farmshare CSA program to recieve weekly shares of produce all season long We got carrots and collards and callaloo...and those are only our C's.
